Assignment Three: Wikispace.
The Task
Assignment three is about the use of Wikispace and collaborating together in a group to form a site for teachers to use. In this site we needed to create a lesson plan for a authentic task that a teacher can use in the classroom when educating students about a topic and to find a range of different resources that the teacher can use to teach.
My group contained three other members, Jessica, Bianca and Kirsty. We decided that the topic of our Wikispace would be the digestive system as the human body is an important topic to learn about. We named our Wikispace Digesting Technology as the aim of the teask was to incorporate technology into the subject. We were able to find a large number of resources about the digestive system that can be used when teaching this topic to keep the students entertained while learning and we were also able to link the authentic task to the curriculum.
